Julie Davison -Owner
Julie is a licensed property manager who has owned and managed her own rentals with her husband since 2004. Julie incorporates a comprehensive approach to managing your rentals. She fully understands the delicate balance of maintaining and improving your investment, while continuing to strive to meet your financial goals. Prior to property management, Julie worked in the Financial Services Industry for a Portfolio Manager as a Registered Sales Associate, where she held all of her securities licenses. She also was a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. Her sales and financial background will come to use whether it’s trying to occupy your unit during soft rental markets or helping you set rents. Julie has a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a Finance Option from Montana State University, where she received an athletic scholarship for Ski Racing on the Women’s NCAA Ski Team.Julie is happy to be living in Bend with her husband and two young kids. When she’s not working you’ll find her coaching for the local non- profit Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation or running, golfing and mountain biking with her family.
Chad Davison – Owner
Chad is a District Manager for Farmers Insurance in Central and Eastern Oregon. Chad has had a passion for real estate long before he ever made his first investment. Over the past 11 years he has successfully helped insurance agents start, manage and sell their businesses, while managing and owning his own rentals and commercial building with his wife. Chad understands the process of purchasing rental properties and transitioning them into viable investments, resulting in a respectable ROI and positive cash flow. He realized he was successful at managing properties and enjoyed positive working relationships with his tenants. He is excited to own a property management company where he will establish a vision that the owners and tenants are valued customers and both will receive excellent timely customer service. When Chad is not answering his phone, he enjoys all that Bend has to offer. On the weekends you can catch him skiing, mountain biking, golfing, flying or rafting with his family.
Marlene has been working as a Bookkeeper in property management for over 8 years. She is adamant on delivering owner statements and funds in a timely fashion. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are unmatched. Marlene takes pride in her work which is very evident whether she’s talking with owners about their funds or working with current tenants regarding their balances. Marlene shares in the vision of Mountain View Property Management, that good positive customer service to owners and tenants creates sustainable investments.When Marlene is not working hard at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and volunteering her time for local non-profits.
